How long does it take for me to receive my order?

You should get your downloads immediately. If you didn't receive the email, contact us or try visiting My Account.

How do I track the status of my order?

Visit my account or check your email for order details.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We don't keep any information. We use paypal and stripe as our payment methods and they are very secure and does not share credit card details with us.

I did not receive email for my Download.

Check your spam folder for any emails from "[email protected]".

If you did not receive the downloads within 1 hour of purchasing, please contact us.

Returns and Refunds

What is your refund policy?

We don't provide any refunds for any products due to the nature of our products. We will help you with your product if it has any issues. We do provide refunds for accidental purchases. Contact us for more info.

We only help with refunds or issues on our Discord or on our email. Chat cannot be used for billing related queries.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

You can go to my account and change your addresses.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

No, you won't be able to edit order after order is completed. You will get the download file immediately.

I accidently purchased a wrong product

We will provide you full refund if you have not downloaded the product.

We will check our logs and check if you have not downloaded the product. We will exchange or refund the full products if customer has not downloaded the product after purchasing.
