Petty crime is the missing rung
Most servers jump from lawful jobs straight to armed robbery, and new players have nothing in between. The petty crimes resource fills that gap with the small stuff: the offence a player commits on their second evening because they are bored, which is where a lot of criminal roleplay actually starts.

Venues and cosmetics
The Uwu Cafe job and the billiards bar job come with an MLO, which saves the usual problem of buying a job and then discovering it needs an interior you do not own.
