The buildings a city needs first
Most servers buy a gang house before they buy a courthouse, and then wonder why their legal roleplay is thin. This collection is the other order: Vespucci Police Department, Davis Sheriff Station with an LSPD theme, Los Santos County Sheriff at Grapeseed, Rockford Hills PD, St. Fiacre Hospital, Paleto Bay City Hall and a free Rockford City Hall.
Those are the rooms where consequences happen. A player who is arrested, treated or fined needs somewhere for it to take place, and the base map's interiors are either missing or shared with everything else.
