Small tools, specific situations
This is a collection of verbs rather than systems. Pepper spray for a non-lethal arrest, a wheel boot for an unpaid ticket, an ankle monitor for someone on release, a tracker dart for a pursuit that would otherwise end in a crash. Each one exists because a scene kept happening that the base game had no answer for.
That makes them cheap to adopt. None of these owns your player data or fights your inventory, so you can add three, decide two of them get used, and remove the third without consequence.
Beyond the police locker
Away from enforcement there is a vehicle selling and auction system, an animal control job, an electrician job, a police vehicle trunk, holographic notifications and an optimised anticheat. Five of the nineteen are free.
