Izzy
Five Izzy resources, three of them free, and all of them about what the player sees rather than what they do: HUDs, a clothing menu and a pause menu.

Three free HUDs is the point
Free HUDs are one of the most searched things in FiveM, and this collection has three of them. That matters more than it sounds, because a HUD is almost impossible to judge from a screenshot. It has to survive a full session: does the health bar read at a glance while you are being shot at, does the minimap sit where your eye already goes, does it clutter the screen during a long drive.
You find that out by running it, and running it costs nothing here.
What is in the set
Advanced HUD Izzy V7 is the current paid release, with the earlier free HUDs alongside it. The advanced clothing menu replaces the default outfit interface, and the pause menu reskins the screen every player sees several times an hour and almost no server bothers to change.
At $9 to $11 the paid entries are cheap even for interface work, and all five carry QBCore, ESX and Qbox badges. More interface resources sit on the free scripts shelf.
Frequently asked questions
Can I run two HUDs at once?
You can install two, but they will draw over each other. Disable the one you are replacing in server.cfg before starting the new one.
Does the clothing menu need a specific clothing shop script?
It replaces the outfit interface rather than the shop economy behind it. The listing names what it expects to find installed.
