The cuff script does more than cuffs
Tie and drag are the parts that matter. Without them, an arrest is a teleport and a kidnapping is impossible, because there is no way to move an unwilling player anywhere. Adding restraint and movement turns two common scenes from a description in chat into something that happens on screen.
It is used by police and criminals equally, which is worth remembering when you set who can carry rope.
Two free ones worth installing
The realistic smoking system is small, cosmetic and does the thing cosmetic scripts are for: it gives players something to do with their hands during a conversation. The trains script puts moving trains in the world, which changes the city more than its size suggests.
Both are free, and the cuff script is $9, so this whole collection costs less than most single resources. Everything carries QBCore, ESX and Qbox badges.

Can criminals use the cuff script too?
Whether restraint items are police-only is a config decision. Most servers allow rope for everyone and cuffs for police, which is what makes kidnapping roleplay possible.
Does the trains script affect performance?
Moving world objects cost something on every client. Test it during a busy evening rather than on an empty server.
