27 productsNamed after the number everyone watches
resmon is the in-game resource monitor, and 0.00ms is what a well-written script reads when nothing is happening. The name is a claim about idle cost, and it points at the part of this collection worth paying attention to: these are resources meant to sit running all session, on every player, rather than fire once an hour.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A house robbery script that costs 0.4ms while a robbery runs is fine. A HUD that costs 0.4ms costs it on every player, every frame, forever.
What the collection covers
Housing is the largest group: qb-houses v4, an s4-house v2 that works as a loaf-housing alternative, and a motel system with owner, customer and employee roles. Interface work comes next with several HUD releases, including the BLVCK HUD V2 open-source build and WAIS HUD V6. Then the city plumbing: vehicle shops, multicharacter with a custom UI, and a crew system for QBCore and ESX.
Twenty-six of the twenty-seven support QBCore and Qbox, twenty-three support ESX. Four are free, and the paid ones run from $5 to $45.
Where it fits
Housing and multicharacter are foundational choices, so decide them before you build around them. HUDs are the opposite, cheap to swap and worth trying a few of. If you are comparing HUDs, several more sit on the free shelf, and the full framework catalogues are at QBCore and ESX.
Frequently asked questions
Does 0.00ms idle actually mean anything?
It means the script is not doing work while nothing is happening, which is what you want from anything that runs on every player all session. Check it on your own server under load rather than taking any number on trust.
Can I run the housing script alongside my existing one?
Not usefully. Two housing systems will compete over the same properties and player data. Pick one and migrate, rather than running both.
Are these open source?
Some are, including the BLVCK HUD V2 which is sold as open source. The product page states it for each resource, so check before buying if you need to edit the code.
